 Unlock BootLoader  
  1. Download the ADB and fastboot drivers and extract the folder on your desktop.
  2. Switch off your phone and boot it in bootloader/fastboot mode. To do this Hold Volume Up Key+power button
  3. Now open the ADB folder on your desktop and Press Shift key + Right click on any empty space inside the folder, and select Open command window here
  4. Execute following commands
  • fastboot oem unlock
  • fastboot format userdata
Now the bootloader is unlocked  
 Now Root Moto E3 Power on Marshmallow 6.0
  1. First Install Motorola USB Drivers and Fastboot and ADB On your PC (Look at Pre-requirement Section)
  2. After doing all the above things, Now Press Shift and Right click anywhere in the ADB Fastboot folder and Click on open command prompt here.
